The trekking centre is based on a working farm in the village of Boltby itself.  From Boltby,  on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, we are fortunate to be able to access a wide variety of excellent bridleways, forestry, hills and moor land trails, affording stunning scenery and fantastic riding. Make this one of your holiday activities in North Yorkshire.

We have a range of horses and ponies and can cater for beginners as well as experienced riders. Our rides range from 30  minute introductory rides for children, to 1 and 2 hour treks. These are rides are available all year round, in the summer we run longer trail rides.

Queen's Dubilee Lunch Backing

The Queen has given her backing to a big lunch being held in Whitby this year to celebrate her diamond jubilee. In a special message to event organisers HRH sent her best wishes to "all of those present for what I hope will be a most memorable and enjoyable event." the Whitby Gazette reported.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Small Boat In Queen's Jubilee Pageant

A restored ex Whitby lifeboat is set to take part in the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Pageant on the River Thames on June 3rd. The largest flotilla in living memory, stretching over 12 miles will gather on the river and the William Riley will be among the fleet,  the Whitby Gazette reported.
