Bumbleby Cottage
Bumbleby Cottage is one of a small mews of five cottages set in a courtyard and is a specific cottage for the disabled having a wheelchair access. All the accommodation is on one level. You are ideally placed just 3 miles from the historical town of Whitby, coastal areas, together with the beautiful North Yorkshire National Parks. This cottage is ideal to enjoy a great holiday with your dog who is most welcome. The A171 Scarborough road is on the doorstep.
Inside
Inside Bumbleby, there is a comfortable lounge with sofas, chairs, a colour tv and radio. There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen /diner, a double bedroom with ensuite facilities and a large twin bedroom with separate bathroom, incorporating large shower for wheelchair access. Full gas central heating will keep you warm and snug. All linen is provided.
Panoramic Views
There are panoramic views from the cottage and the sea can be seen in the distance. There is parking for one car. Bumbleby is a non smoking cottage and the owners request that dogs are not left alone in the cottages. One dog is free in this dogs welcome holiday accommodation then there is a charge of �20.00.
Whitby/Parking
Whitby, the beach, shops and amenities are a short drive away. There is a car park in Church Street which is near the shops in the Old Town on the east side. This is within minutes of the shops and is helpful for holidaymakers with disabilities. It is very popular so, so if you can manage to get on early there is more chance of getting a space. There are a few disabled parking spots over the bridge along the harbourside. Again these are snapped up early.
