Bridge View Cottage               Whitby Town Centre

Bridge View is a Dog Friendly self catering holiday Cottage overlooking Whitby's famous swing bridge in the heart of Whitby town. Ideal for shops, cafes and restaurants as well as amenities and beach. Ideal for you and your dog. (Small dog by request).

The cottage is accessed from Church Street into a good sized entrance hall, with utility room for storage.

First Floor

Upstairs, there is a large sitting room with TV with Free Sat, dvd player, dining table, well equipped sofa and large comfy sofas. Fantastic views of Whitby harbour can be seen here.

Views And 2nd Floor

There are 2 double bedrooms on the 2nd floor with again great Whitby Harbour views.A bunk bedroom, large bathroom with bath and shower cubicle recently refurbished with a marble effect. Gas, bedlinen, electrics, cot/high chair included in rental. Storage heaters. Short breaks in operation.

Two World Titles For Sleights Man

Paul Wheater of Sleights near Whitby has had a good start in the British Masters heavy athletic season. He competed in the World 56lbs championships at Derby on the 21tst April and won 3 gold and 4 silver medals, the Whitby Gazette reported.

The new and permanent owners of Whitby's old whalebones which had been sensationally put on Ebay for auction, are now owned by the team behind the recently opened luxury 5 star hotel Raithwaite Hall,  the Whitby Gazette reported.
