The Site
York House Caravan park is set in 4 acres of beautiful North Yorkshire Moors Countryside yet only a short drive to the coast. We have 59 pitches with electric, and 41 Privately owned statics. Well behaved dogs are most welcome.
With being a family managed park, you are guaranteed a friendly welcome and clean well run site. There is a hotel where you can eat breakfast and licensed restaurant.
Pitches/View
The pitches at York House Caravan Park are mostly level, mown and generous in size. Most have electric hook-ups and a large number have hard standing. Most of the pitches have lovely views over the countryside. The site is provided with subdued lighting.
Shop/Showers
There is a small shop selling milk, newspapers, etc. We have newly refurbished toilet and shower block, with free hot water and showers. Just outside the toilet block there is a washing up area and laundry room.
Since we are a caravan park we have a 10amp electrical supply and you may only use camping and caravan appliances, not household appliances.
Good sized pitches with community BBQ's and patio areas.

Our on-site shop provides milk, newspapers, sweets, and gas sales. It also doubles as a tourist information center, with leaflets and ideas about things to do in the local area. Also there will be a friendly face should you have any questions. We can also offer an ice pack service if requested. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and coin op hair dryers. Our newly refurbished toilet and shower block have good lighting, central heating and are very spacious. The taps and showers have free hot water. All the showers and toilets are cleaned regularly. There is a large children's play area, BBQ and picnic area's, Dog walking and Games room all on-site. We have an undercover washing-up area. The chemical emptying point is just to the side of the toilet and shower block. There are several water points around the site. Local Amenities York House: Cafe, Restaurant and Licensed bar.
