Chapel Cottage is a beautiful Whitby Dog Friendly self catering cottage sleeping 4 people. It is tucked away just off the centre of the village of Fylingthorpe. This is a building with a history. A charming stone built cottage, formerly a small village chapel, but converted to its present use over a hundred years ago. The cottage is very well appointed, with a stylish modern kitchen, but retaining the character of the 1800's. Wesley is reputed to have preached at this chapel a number of times.The cottage is an ideal base for you and your dog to stay and explore Whitby and the surrounding area. Dogs can stay too.

There is an entrance hall giving access to a homely lounge with gas stove and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. A truly characterful and charming cottage near the sea. Suitable for families, couples, and groups of friends.
Whitby and the main shopping amenities, restaurants, tea rooms and gift shops are just a 15 minute drive away. For larger parties, Chapel Cottage may be booked with the other three beautiful properties at Bumblewick Cottages.
